Château Maris : 1995 Comte Cathare Prestige Minervois.
Bright, dark red-ruby. Superripe aromas of chocolate, black cherry, smoke, pepper and game : port-like hims of raisin and maple syrup. Far, lush and peppery : very rich and mouthfilling, with sweetness under control. Rather soft acids. The port-like notes of raisin and damp earth repeat on the finish, which features dusty tannins. 88/100
