Grapes: Syrah
Appearance: deep red
Matured: 80% in concrete vats and 20% in oak
Aroma: intense and warm, evoking black fruits and a scent of garrigue. After aerating, the wine delivers aromas of stewed black fruits and mild spices.
Taste: the attack is full and unapologetic with a well-structured composition. The initial hints of garrigue and black fruits melt away into the fleshy body of the wine.
Peak: in 5 years, though already a pleasure to drink.
Serving temperature: 15-16 degrees centigrade.
Ideal for drinking with: Red meat, grilled or cooked in a sauce. Serve without hesitation with wild rabbit with prunes served with pan-fried mushrooms.
