Appearance: deep and intense red with reflections of violet.
Aroma: the first inhalation is marked by hints of mature red fruits. The second goes on to reveal sweet spices and a heightened sense of the wild garrigue.
Taste: a full on attack - the middle of the mouth is rich with aromas of the garrigue, burlat cherries and a slight hint of chocolate.
Serving temperature: 16-17 degrees centigrade.
Ideal for drinking with pan-fried filet mignon encrusted with hazelnut and ginger, served with vegetables and exotic fruits and sparkling mint and rosemary juice.
