Our vineyard is located between Carcassonne and Beziers in the southern French area that is broadly referred to as the Languedoc-Roussillon. The Languedoc covers a vast area and we are specifically located in the Minervois appellation, where we have found ourselves a very special spot. The vineyard has an enviable mix of quality soil, ideal climatic conditions and great exposition.

The scrubland that surrounds the vineyard plays an important part too and the biodynamic practises that we use here allow us to fully embrace the vibrant natural ecosystem. Click here to view our Biodynamic Certification.

The wine we make here is the focus of our day to day efforts but we wholeheartedly believe that, as guardians of this land, we are playing our part in securing the future of the generations to come. We take this responsibility very seriously and it is, in part, why we choose to care for our land following organic and biodynamic principals.

We believe that by protecting our soil and ecosystem, the end result will be quality wine that reflects the health and vitality of the vineyard.  Biodynamics is simply a return to the true meaning of terroir.
